sdh noted in billateral fronto-partieto-temporal convexity with max width of 1.2cm on lt side and 6.3mm on rt side.
subarachnoid hemorrhage noted in bilateral frontal,parietal and left temporal region.
undisplaced fracture of rt parietail bone
