Diet and exercise, only 2 things can achieve the desired, if you wish to lose weight. Shake your neck in a big "No" to anything offered to eat. That is the best exercise. You need a strong will power to do that exercise. Humour apart you must reduce your diet quantitatively as well as qualitatively. You should not consume more than 1800 Calories/ day and the ingradients of your food must not be high on Carbs and Fats. 50 gm Proteins, 30 gms Fat and 350 gms Carbs total in a day divided between breakfast, lunch and dinner. No extra eating. Walking exercises for at least 4 kilometers in 50 minutes duration will give you the desired weight loss in 2 to 3 months. For belly fat you should do abdominal muscle exercises like rising from the (lying position on your back) bed without arm support and doing it 15 to 20 times each morning. Swimming is another good exercise for belly fat reduction.

If you want loose your weight then you should follow a good life style for 1 month like-
1- take 4-5 litre water per day.
2- eat less than your normal diet.
3- Do exercise as according to your stamina.
4- Eat steam diet mostly.
5- Do yoga and meditation.
And observe your weight after 1 month if your body weight will not loose then you should do whole body checkup to find any abnormality .
