Fast heartbearts and pain in left arm
I have immense pain in left arm since 2 months. I neither had any injury nor did fall anywhere.i had acidity, indigestion,sore throat last month which is under control now.iam also experiencing fast heartbeats since 1 month and immense pain in left arm.what could be the reason?...plz suggest some remedy.

Heart problem does not happen at this age due to artery blockage. Consult physician could be gastritis,  heart beat could be fast with any infection
