Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Flatulence happens due to a number of issues, like when a person chews with a open mouth lots of air gets trapped along with food.
When a person haves lots of carbohydrates which gets fermented in the intestines releasing certain gases which come out as farts. Avoid having too much carbohydrates. And chew with a closed mouth.
Consult a gastroenterologist in person for further evaluation and management.
Best regards,
Dr. Anil kumar jain.
