My wife is 22 years, height 5,2" ft, she is slim and weak , her average period comes every month 28-30 days and continue 5-7 days with heavy menstrual bleeding. Her first pregnancy abortion by medicine in March 2020 in the guidance of doctor. We do not want baby till five years. What is the best option, please suggest me.

Femilon once every night for 21 days from day two of periods and then give a gap of seven days and then repeat till you want contraception
