Today on 31st day i tested positive pregnancy. But my doctr says it can be chocolate cyst as well.is it so? But last time when i actually had a cyst there was no such indication waa there

If ur urine pregnancy test is positive ...it's indeed a pregnancy. U can confirm it by blood beta HCG test.
