False pee alarms making me feel uneasy

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I get false pee alarms post sex and I constantly feel like peeing but there isn't enough urine.This condition has lasted over a week after having sex (which was two three days post my periods) now and I am worried.I feel I have lost bladder control.This has happened before as well post sex but got normal within 2-3 days.I usually drink 2 litres of water every day but this condition is unusual.
