watch for danger signs like head ache, vomitings, bleedeing from nose,ear throat, irriitable, fits, change in behaviour. poor feeding, abnormal eyes, body movements. if anything consult local pediatrician immediately

You can do some cold compresses, and give Crocin or ibugesic for the swelling and pain, if there is any altered sensorium, repeated vomiting, seizures then you need to go urgently to hospital
