Fall on back of head

Asked for Female, 35 Years

My son 9 month 10 days old suddenly fall from my niece hand as her leg sleeps when she try to get up with holding him in-hand. He cried for 10 minutes then he was ok. After one hour he even started playing, laughing and jumping.my concern is he has got small red bump on the back of the head and swelling. I tried to press little to see where he cries but he didn't. He hasn't vomit till 3 hours yet then slept at night. Is it cause of concern his red bump on head. What signs I should observe?
