Asked for Male, 48 Years

Grade 3 tear of anterior cruciate ligament. Complex tear in posterior horn of medical meniscus. Grade 3 tear of superficial and intermidiate fibers of medical collateral ligament. Partial tear of medical patellar retinaculam. Edematous and bulky fibular collateral ligament suggestive of partial tear or sprain. Marrow edema/contusions in lateral femoral condyle,lateral tibial plateau,fibular head,tibial eminence and part of medical aspect of tibial plateau and medial femoral condyle.

Kindly mention about the time lapsed after the injury.. u need to be operated but not in acute phase. Let the inflammatory period settle down. Till then wear long knee brace and do static quadriceps.
