Fainted pregnancy test
I am receiving treatment of pcos ,it's been 10 days extra from my last due date .for the very first time I got fainted lines and having slight pain in lower abdomen since last 3-4 days.

Ideally you should do a blood test called Beta HCG it will confirm pregnancy. Also if any pain in abdomen get a sonography done urgently

Any two lines on a Urine Pregnancy Test kit are usually suggestive of positive pregnancy test but if you feel that the line was faint you can get done a beta HCG blood test to confirm your pregnancy
