Fainted and hurt the head

Asked for Female, 47 Years

Five days ago my wife fainted and hurt the back of her head on the left side. She had a big swelling as a result. It was extremely painful. Their was no bleeding. The pain is not subsiding despite her taking Sumo tablet as per .doc advice. Please suggest which doctor should I consult. Neuro Surgen/ Neurologist or some other .doc. Tks
