Faint red colour in urine
Since last one day my son's urine appears to be of faint red colour. He has been drinking coconut water, glucose frequently but still it is visible. No pain or any type of physical or internal problem is being felt nor fever is being seen so please kindly advice what could be the reason and steps to cure the disease as soon as possible.
