Hi, I got a faint positive line after missing a period for 3 days. I am always on time. But this was the only time ever I was late. But I started bleeding in the morning. What does this mean?

Go fr a blood test bhcg Less than 100 means this is ur periods n the strip kit was false More than 100 wud require further evaluation
