Failed pregnancy of 4-5 weeks

Hello doctor I am 28 year married women I had a failed pregnancy. Let me tell you in detail I had my last period on 10 Aug, as I didn't had my period this month, I got the beta HCG test done and the result for 16 -Sep is 83.66 mIU/ml and again I got the test done on 18 -Sep and result is 70.79 mIU/ml I talked to my question and when I told her the results she said that I had failed pregnancy. And Yesterday i started bleeding as well. So I just wanted to know should I try to convince this month or should I wait for sometime And what are possible reasons of a failed pregnancy. And what are best days ( high chances of pregnancy) to convince Thanking in advance

U need to take tab folvit once daily from now on and also take lots of green vegetables fruits milk etc ,u may try once again and have Sexual contact from the 10 th to 20 th day of your cycle ,every alternate day.
