Faetal cardiac activity not appreciated

Question

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I m pregnant after 4 years..my ultrasound examination reveals a large bulky anteverted anteflexed gravid uterus in midline. There is a single gestation sac seen implanted normally in the uterus.the sac size corresponds to 5weeks 2 days of gestation. there is a single faetal pole seen in the sac.But the cardiac activity is not appreciated.. What should I do..pls suggest me..I m very upset now..

Wait for 15 days.Repeat again ultrasonography to know the cardiac activity after 15 days.If same situation then contact to gynaecologist and take medicine for abortion.Because in some patients heart beat is showing in USG at 6-7 weeks.
