Facing problem to concieve during 1year.

My wife's TSH is little bit high but PRL test is normal and lower abdomen USG report is normal.and my seman analysis report is all right.but my wife can not concieving during last 1 year. And this is the 1st time trying to concieve.my age is 29 and my wife's age is 22.now what can I do.pls help me

All report are normal except tsh must be she is using tablet for that if period are irregular first regularise them ,if weight is more reduce the weight ,be happy not take much stress it is also causes unexplained infertility.
