Facing no problem till nw

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Yesterday I went to water park , and had some cuts on arms and knee while taking water slides and I don't took first aid , but continued to be in water . Is there any chance of getting some infection from water through open wounds ? Although water was clear but at some places it was a little dirty ...I was in water with open wounds for about more than 4 hours .
