As a Periodontist i would suggest you to visit near by Periodontist ASAP.Medicines alone are not enough Antibiotics or tablets prescribed by a general physician may temporarily reduce infection, but they do not remove the root cause, which is plaque and calculus (tartar) deposits under the gums. The primary problem is local, not just systemic Bleeding gums are mainly due to inflammation caused by bacterial buildup. Unless this is mechanically removed, bleeding will persist.
Next Steps
stop your current medicine and consult a Periodontist

Continuous gum bleeding (pyorrhea) usually means active gum infection, and medicines alone won’t cure it. The main cause is deposits under the gums. You should visit a periodontist for proper check-up and likely deep cleaning (scaling & root planing). With good oral hygiene, bleeding will gradually reduce.
