Facing cramps and stomache ache
My sister was doing glutes bridges in gym through dumbell but suddenly one set of 5kg dumbbell rolled down to stomach from pelvis area and she is facing some cramps in evening...is there any chance of internal injury around stomach area or intestine area..Is there need of going for whole abdomen ultrasound...

If pain is severe and continuous than definite need to ultrasound ..only cramps and on and off pain less chance of injury
