My wife gave birth twin by cesearian after discharge from hospital suddenly her B.P. goes 173/84 when I cunsult the doctor he said facial palsy and recommended brain MRI she is 25 years old during pregnancy period her BP was always high she became veay weak what should I do?

If she has any weakness in one sided limbs eg: right or left sided limbs, then I would recommend MRI brain. If she has facial palsy alone, it could be due to Bell's palsy which is common, in which case she will need appropriate medications. MRI brain can be considered only if there is a suspicion as to whether if there is a structural problem in brain. Either ways at least start physiotherapy. Regards Dr.Nithin
