I have facial pain alternatively right and left side...i have no pain while hitting third molar or any teeth by the doctor...is my nerves touching wisdom tooth ..what is the problem ..???

Nerves touching wisdom tooth can not be the reason of pain. Your opg shows a lesion behind the lower left wisdom tooth (we have to check clinically for pericoronitis). Since facial pain is alternating on right and left side of face this can be associated to your temperomandibular joint as well. Further scanning is required with detailed history and clinical correlation.
Try using hot fermentation on the joint in front of your ears (temperomandibular joint).
Hello madam. Pain can occur from many reasons here. You may need few more checks and scans. The xray you shared shows both impacted lower molars. But The pain may or may not be from the third molar.
