Facial hair and pimples on my face

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Actually I have a facial hair on my chin from 2years i frequently do threading in parlour and periods were regular(25-35) and suffering with pimples since 1month.my bleeding during periods were normal.feels pain sometimes in stomach when bleed starts .it will be on 1st day of my period only.planning for pregnancy.i get married on 2 Feb 2017.no precautions is taken.presently IAM using cherifol tablet recommended by doctor.past I got UTI after marriage (August approx).I took antibiotics for it as recommended by doctor.is there any issues and please reply fast.any tests required for this.past I took a scan of my abdomen when I suffers with UTI and report is normal.
