Please elaborate more on your symptoms - onset, duration, triggers (if any- loid sound, bright sunlight etc), site/side predominance. You have not mentioned your history based on which i would recommend you the treatment ( Type of head ache needs to be evaluated- eg: 1) Trigeminal meurapgia, 2) Tension head ache 3) Migraine etc)
Each diagnosis has different treatment
You seem to start Flunerizine ( Sibelium) and dose is also not mentioned
