Face itching inthe beard area and cheek

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Facing the face itching for nearly 6 months ,earlier it was limited to groin areas, but now it has spreader to my face. The groin areas itching has come down but my face has been itching, please recommend any cream or oral ingestion.it aggravates at night.
