  4. Face and neck numbness. The cause sir?

Face and neck numbness
Sensation and numbness in both hand.....and some thightness on lower face....also on legs...what will be the cause sir?? Im suffering from tinitus too.... I'm having hemoglobin of 15.5 RBC is 5.50....that seem that there's no deficiency of vitamin b12....i have lumbar disc herniation....and also have mild neck pain... It it a serious issue...it really gives me a tension... please help me...
