After taking Nobel plus my child six year old face get allergy , what medicine and meal we have to gave to our child ,plaese advice

Dear parents,      Stop the drug immediately. Get advise of skin specialist. Till then give tab Avil 25mg half tab thrice a day for 3days. Give plenty of milk.
