Hi I am feeling  my eyes are very tired and dry.i am sleeping alot these days..I am feeling tired what could be the reason

It cam be because of dryness in eyes because of excessive work on laptop.. Drink lot of water Eat green leafy vegetables Put refresh tears eye drop 4 times a day

Pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day.pl consult ophthalmologist for vision test and slitlamp eye examination and Refraction and Fundus examination.

Avoid rubbing Maintain hygiene Blink more Drink water adequately Cold compression Cold water lavage Follow rule of 20- Means after 20 min of work ,take rest for 20 sec and look at 20feet distance Reduce brightness of the screen Away from AC Airflow Use lubricant drop- refresh liquigel Wear glasses outside Take nuts for essential fatty acids (Omega 3) Avoid second hand smoke May need physical consultation for thorough slit lamp examination

Could be eye strain. Please get your eyes tested.  In the meanwhile you can use lubricating eye drop.
