Eyes itching problem and turning red

Asked for Male, 32 Years

From past 2 days, my eyes are itchy and when I rub they are going red...I just can't touch my eyes to clean as well... Pls help me with good medicine to help me cure with this eye allergy or infection. I got this problem when I travelled to a different place...At the moment I tried using Lupins Sensiyes...But no luck...Many thanks for your help in advance.
