Eyes are dry and swallon

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Dear doctors, i am using contact lens for past 3 years and now i found my eyes are dry and eyes are getting inside, could anyone please suggest what is the reason either coz of using mobile in night or due to using contact lens for a long time? And also please suggest me some remedies or drops for it . Thanks much for your help in advance.

One should not use contact lens for more than 5-6 hrs continuously & should wash hands properly before inserting &taking out contact lens & contact lens should be properly kept in chemical solution. You may use Tobrex eye drops & genteal eye drops before & after use of contact lens.
