you might be having corneal ulcer or traumatic uveitis. if it's a corneal ulcer then steroids should not be used. hence you please consult an ophthalmologist nearby and get it stained to rule out the corneal ulcer.

A. Soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used 4-6times per day
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis
