Asked for Male, 52 Years

Dear Doctor, With reference to the prescription given to me by you, the inflammation and pain has reduced considerably with one dose of the antibiotic Augmentin 625 and Tab Enzoflam. Is it required by me to complete the full course of 10 days medicine? Can I complete for 3 days and report to you? Kindly advise?
