Eye watery whenever he feels stress

Asked for Male, 1 Years

He is 9 months old. His eyes will fill with water whenever he watch a TV or phone for few (5) minutes. Even we are observing some dark marks under both eyes - just above cheeks. Could you please suggest recommended treatment for the same.

Hi ..he is very young .. Before 2 years, completely avoid cell phone .. There is no reason to make him watch TV too in my opinion. If all his responses, meaning he follows objects, no squint and all that ..are normal, it is fine ... If any doubt ....get him checked . Else check him once he is 3/4 years for any numbers.
