There are many reasons for having eye power but telling in simple terms eye is slightly bigger than normal
Until power difference between two eyes is within 2 no need to worry in your case the difference is less than 0.25
Please be aware of floaters and flashes ,then u need to visit ophthalmologist for indirect ophthalmoscopy
