Eye stye or gaanth
Hi doctor,
I am facing stye or may be gaanth problem in my lower right eye lid, it doesn't pain nor itchy but became so hard when i touch it. Also attaching the image for better understanding. Please give me some prescriptions doctor. Its been two months i am facing this. And often it happened to me in amy of my eyes, don't know from which vitamin deficiency ot occures.
I haven't tried any medicine for that. Let me know if you can help me with that.
Or hot water therapy from clothe will work better for it to reduce it??

It is Meibomian gland swelling.
Next Steps
Warm compression to the eye lid twice in a day for a week.
Eyedrop Refresh tears twice in a day
Eyedrop Moxicip thrice in a day for one week
If doesn’t resolve then show to eye doctor
May need a small surgery
