Hello
I want to start using refresh tears as i work 9 hrs on laptop and my eyes get pain and strain also feel heavy. I want to know how many time can i use these drops in one day. TIA

Hi,
while working on computer, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away.
Keep your computer screen at eye level.
You can use plano antireflective/ blue lens glasses while using computer.
You can use Eye drop refresh tears 3-4 times a day for 1 month.
