Eye sight & Vision
My son age 4 years. Got his eye check up so doctors said vision is 6/12 and cylindrical eye power in both eyes i.e. plus 1.5. They advised for glasses. I need to know whether this is astigmatism or Lazy eye ??
If the vision gets improved so whether eye power will reduce?? Any possibility that glasses can go away with the age. Putting on glasses will improve the condition or should i focus on eye exercises and diet for better results.

If vision with glass is 6/6 ,then it is not lazy eye , in myopia power increases upto 21 yrs in male &upto 19 yrs in female .

A. This is astigmatism....
B. Eye power will change from time to time till age of 18 yrs...So get his eye sight examined every 6 months.
C. I am sorry but chances are less ..He may need glasses whole life
D. Glasses will help him to see better and clear...But it will not help him to get rid of glasses
