My 2 half years old cousin's left eye sight is not there from the birth, So My question is that Is there any possibility that he can come over it. No connection is there ( No eye sight)

Hi... Sorry, We are doctors, not magicians na...how do we tell anything about a patient ...as in you are asking .. About whom you are not giving any information ...no pics, no any doctor check up slips... And we are not seeing patient.. How do you expect anyone to answer any question ?
