Eye sight and glasses
My earlier Glasses no. Were -1. Then I checked my eye sight from optician, they gave me -1.25 glasses precipitation. But today I Visited to ophthalmologist and simultaneouly checked eye sight the doctor gave prescription of -1.75.
Within Few days how can my glasses increase from -1.25 to -1.75?? To whom should I consider??

A Subjective variation of upto -0.5 is quite common while checking for refractive error. I would suggest get your eye power tested again with the Ophthalmologist and this time wear the lenses placed in the frame which you find most comfortable for 3-5 minutes. Observe objects near and far apart from the chart you are asked to read. There are additional tests that could also be performed by the Ophthalmologist to confirm the exact power.
