From your history it seems to be case of CRVO(Central retinal vein occlusion), if it is due to CRVO ,there in no treatment which can restore your vision ,please consult experienced ophthamologist to know reason for this & try to avoid it or you should consult in reputed institution to the cause behind it,with regards Dr Arjun kr Singh Patna.
