Eye redness due to ashwaganda

Hi, I am observing eye redness after consuming ashwagandha powder in hot milk in night (before bed) I haven taken ashwagandha in excess amount at first day and caused eye infection (eye redness) and it took 4 days to recover with black goggles (all the tym) and eye drops. Again after few weeks, i started consuming ashwagandha in small amount then also feels redness in eyes. is it not suiting me? i should not take it anymore. Please suggest

Hi.. Sorry but we are allopaths ..wouldn't know anything about ashwagandha consumption and eye infection. You will hv to ask a vaidya, practitioner of that stream of medicine. But if there is redness in the eye n want to treat it, visit an eye doctor.
