Eye prescription query.
First thanks to Dr.Vaibhav Mittal for his earlier answers. Right:SPH 0 CYL +0.5 Axis 80° Left:SPH 0 CYL +0.75 Axis 100° What would be the new sphere value if CYL is converted to -ve value? Note:I see far away things little blurry,my nearby vision is perfect.

Hello In my last answer.. I only transposed cylindrical power for you to make it negative... In that answer, I did not mention spherical power But as you rightly mentioned that you will have some spherical power also +0.5 in right eye and +0.75 in left eye. Now discussing it further, you Don't have pure hypermetropic power In astigmatism, there are two visual axis.... One axis is focusing exactly on retina giving clear image but other visual axis is not focusing on retina and due to this blurred vision is there for distance
