Hi dr am 28 years old women...having eye pain and Headache for the past 20 days...am having farsightness but Im not wearing glasses proper.after my baby slept I use to watch movies in mobile till 1AM.I haven't felt any issue with my eyes at that time.now having pain in my eyes and head looking at the mobile for 2 mins itself.can't see the mobile.having severe pain. recently I went to nearby eye dr.he prescribed lubrication drops as am having dryness in my eyes.and got my new power specs after checking eyes.even after wearing it continuously for 3 days.not having any changes in eye pain.still having eye pain while seeing mobile.but this specs suits me.i feel comfortable while wearing it.but having pain while seeing mobile.am not using mobile more than 30 mins now a days.but am going to resume my work after 5 years in 1 week.am working in IT...that's y am worrying dr...when will my eye pain and headache wil reduce completely.can I see mobile screen without eye pain hraftr?plz guide me dr

Be diligent with your eye drops and spectacle usage.Headache can also be due to withdrawl of pregnancy hormones,you can safely use paracetamol for relief as and when required.
