We need to know the reason of formation of this tag. Did you have an injury in this eye? It should be released and explored as there is pigmentation at the base also. If it was congenital your parents would have noted it. Please discuss a plan with your eye specialist. I t may be observed for a period and then explored or if there is an indication for immediate release and exploration.
