This could be due to viral keratoconjunctivitis
Try
A.cold compresses
B use lubricating eyedrop frequently
C. Soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used under guidance of ophthalmologist
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done
