Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hello doctor, i m having eye infection with the following symptoms in my eyes 1.redness 2.swelling 3.tearing 4.yellowish diacharge My doctor prescribed Vigamox & Acular LS , i m using this past 5 days but there is no improvement in it & she prescribed lotepred ls to start if the pbm persists please kindly suggest me to cure it thanks

it is acute mucopurulant conjunctivitis .please stop lotepred. continue vi gamox 2hourly. can start besix eye drops 3to4 times daily with this treatment and antibiotc oint eg moxifloxacin oint at bed time.also do cold compresses and wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water.
