It is better to consult ophthalmologist for better evaluation and treatment. Pl do not use unnecessary eye drops.

First confirm if it is bacterial conjunctivitis.
Red eyes in children could be many other things.
If it is confirmed to be bacterial conjunctivitis, then Tobramycin eye can help.
