I heard a lot about benefits of wearing sunglasses. Doctors also tell to give anti reflective coating and blue light filter to glasses. If I wear glasses combined of sunglass layer,anti reflective coating and blue light filter all day( outdoor and indoor), will it harm my eyes?

No..don't wear all day. Though sunlight has lots of bad rays, but it has lots and lots of good rays also that is important of the skin.. it is required for eye skin also...so use only in excess sunlight or near computer only.
