Eye dryness.

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I am 19 years old.Iam suffering from eye dryness from past 2 years.I have used many medicines prescribed by the doctor but none of the method prove to be successful.Is there is any permanent solution of eye dryness.please let me know dry can be permanently cured by which method.my eye become worst in outdoors conditions like in windy weather.Iam not able to ride my bike.does eye therapy treatment is the best option of this dry eyes

For severe dry eyes you need to use Artificial tears on a daily basis atleast 3-4 Times a day. Wear googles when outdoors. Blink more often. Warms compresses will also help. Please share the previous treatments done so can advise if there’s something that can still be given
