Eye dryness and nerves pain near eyes

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have been having little eye side nerves pain and dryness in eye while working in front of computer. I have puffy eyes dark circles. I went to a doctor earlier checked my eyesight recently and channged specs.

Maybe you have lack of sleep.... remember there's no substitute for a good NIGHTS sleep. Daytime sleep isn't as good or refreshing as a night sleep. Give rest to your eye when working in the computer
